Electrician Job in Columbia, Missouri

My attic fan only worked on low. A contractor friend of mine looked at it a few years ago and said the wire had been crimped when the city built a plywood box around the fan when they added insulation to my attic. When he pulled it loose from the barrier it started working again, and was fine for a couple years. About 6 months ago, it stopped working on high again, then a couple weeks ago it stopped working completely. The belt to it also needs to be replaced.
