Electrician in Cedar Rapids, Iowa

I am currently an electrical apprentice with just over two years Ojt experience in the trade. Having commercial, with multiple-dwelling residential applications, and industrial experience. I am currently enrolled in school at IEC(RM). The reason I am looking for new work opportunity is because I just recently moved to the Cedar Rapids area. I would like to continue excelling as an electrician. I went to college to study electrical engineering at ITT Tech. Now enrolled and almost finished with my first year at Independent Electrical Contractors (Rocky Mountain division). Upon investigating you will find that I have great attention to detail in the field of electricity and construction, as well as great work ethics and I learn and apply what I learn quickly. I do what it takes to accomplish a task and a job, as well as work alone or with a team. All my foreman give me added responsibility because they can count on me to finish the task and know I can handle everything they throw my way. I am thought of rather highly in my company being as young in the trade as I am. I have taken over running projects and crews when our foreman had to oversee other projects. I am great with this responsibility. Most would say that I gladly except challenges and learning opportunities. As well as taking a lot of pride in my work. My main expertise is running conduit, branch circuitry(running correct circuits to their destinations, wiring devices, and trouble shooting systems), and reading then applying blueprint directions. Experience with panels, switchgear, and substations: New build out, change outs, fix and replace, make-up. I have a valid drivers licence and reliable transportation. Clean background as well.
