As you will see, I have a great diversification of experience, mostly electrical. I have worked on projects ranging from school buildings and grocery stores to multi-million dollar homes and apartment complexes. My commercial experience ( about 6000 hrs.) includes building 2 new grocery stores as well as the remodel of 7 others where I was in charge of the deli and bakery departments. I was also involved with all the refrigeration. I have built an elementary school and remodeled an elementary and a middle school as well. I’ve built strip malls, restaurants and gas station remodels (explosion proof fittings). Most recently, working as an on-site electrician. My residential experience ( about 1400 hrs.) includes new construction of multi-million dollar custom homes, Quadrant Homes tracts, 130 unit housing for the UW to 4-plex and condominium complexes to fire restorations, additions and remodels. I also have experience in HVAC controls, alarm systems, cable and communication. The best skills I have are running ALL sizes of conduit, EMT, ridged and PVC, and building big gear. I am fast with Romex as well. Supervision and training, basic welding, running and maintenance and some repair of hydraulics such as cranes and winches, all hand and most power tools are in my background as well.
