Benjamin Hurtado - Owner Ben is a licensed C-10 electrical contractor (Lic.# 1012522...) in the industrial, commercial, and residential industry. He first started as a union carpenter for two years, then made a move into the electrical sector were he joined Associated Builders & Contractors (ABC) 4 year apprenticeship. There he mastered all National Electrical Code (NEC) wiring aspects including "Title 24" new/upgraded wiring, motor control, lighting, and sound video communication (SVC). Ben graduated from (ABC) and passed the State of California journeyman electrician test (Lic.#154219) which is current and valid with the Department of Industrial Relations. After graduation he started running work for Orange/LA/Riverside County contractors for many years in the industrial and commercial public works projects. Then decided to venture on his own and start BIG BEN ELECTRIC as a hands on owner, and personally manage all aspects of the company.
