Electrician in Lake Forest, California

Hello, I am a journeyman electrician with over 15 year experience and am looking to trade my services for civil engineered plans. I have recently started some grading work on my property when a friendly nieghbor reported me to the county. I am now gettin fined and am forced to pull permits that include engineered plans, ect. I am low on cash as I just purchased my home about 6 months ago. I work full time for an electrical company as the operations manager and can only perform work after hours or on weekends. I am very good at what I do and have no limitations.
