National Grid won't turn on the service to one unit of a two-family because when they came to do it the box holding the meters was loose (not detached). The report said that it and the feed wire had to be inspected by a "national electrical inspector" before they'll restore the service but they can't tell me how to find one. The box has been secured so now I need an inspector....
