Electrician Job in Sweet Home, Oregon

I am seeking an electrician who is willing to DONATE a bit of electrical services to a disabled man receiving very low income (SSI) residing in Sweet Home Or. He has a home. He became gravely ill, had life saving major surgery and was unable to pay for his electric bill for a period of time. The power company therefore turned off his power due to nonpayment. He has been saving as much money as he can each month to pay his bill and have his power turned back on. He finally reached his goal...after several months of freezing in his home. Before the power company would turn his power back on they wanted to conduct an inspection. Well, the inspection failed due to faulty breaker/power box and a line that goes out to the well water pump. So, it will be GREATLY APPRECIATED if someone qualified will be willing to assist him.
