Electrician Job in Providence, Rhode Island

National Grid won't turn on the service to one unit of a two-family because when they came to do it the box holding the meters was loose (not detached). The report said that it and the feed wire had to be inspected by a "national electrical inspector" before they'll restore the service but they can't tell me how to find one. The box has been secured so now I need an inspector. Can anyone help me? This is an exterior inspection would literally take 2 minutes. This has been a huge pain in the neck me. The kicker is that the tenant in the other apartment has had her service suspended and restored TWICE in the meantime without a problem. Same box! Thanks.
