To Whom It May Concern, My name is Jesse Triffo. I am a former business student at the University of Regina who is now pursuing a future in the Trades, with specific consideration to electrical work. While my experience in the trades is limited I am a fast and motivated learner with a ferocious drive to succeed. I also thoroughly enjoy hands-on work. As I am now considering the Trades as a career path I can assure you that my training will be a worthwhile investment. My employment in the position of Laborer for J.T. Cement Finishers, Regina Housing Authority and DL Schwartz Construction Ltd. has allowed me to obtain experience that would be applicable to the job. I am able to work full eight or twelve hour shifts in indoor or outdoor environments. I am also physically capable of handling any workload that is assigned to me. My friendly and outgoing nature along with my superior communication skills allow me to work comfortably with others in a team environment and ensure any task is completed in a timely manner. The majority of my trades experience involves concrete work. This includes forming and pouring sidewalks, curbs, driveways and basements, as well as cutting and tying rebar. I am comfortable using tools such as plate tampers, jackhammers, hammer drills, circular saws, mags, edgers and basic tools such as hammers and screw guns. I have no past criminal convictions, possess a valid driver’s license and own my own vehicle.
