Need a small garage heater hardwired with 240v dedicated line to box downstairs. I will have the wire ran when you get here (plan)
Also will probably let you determine best possible placement of hole drilled where garage base meets basement (unfinished)
Watched a few videos and it doesn't seem like it will take super long.
