The Full-Time Maintenance Technician performs routine repair and general maintenance of facilities, buildings, and equipment under general supervision. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Day to day responsibility for general and preventative property maintenance - Performing repair or general Maintenance work of facilities, buildings, grounds, and equipment at various sites including electrical, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and painting tasks. - Assist with light bulb change outs on both interior and exterior light fixtures. - Performing minor repairs, troubleshooting, and adjustment of locks on corridors and entry way doors. - Maintain parking lot maintenance, stripping, pothole repairs, crack filling and general sidewalk preventive maintenance. - Moving and assisting in setting up seasonal decorations. - Assist with interior maintenance related projects as needed. - Activating and deactivating building alarms and responding to alarm calls after and during regular work hours - Picking up grounds, run compactors and other duties as assigned. Job Requirements - One to three years' experience in property management industry - Must have general repair and maintenance skills (electrical and carpentry) - Must be able to multi-task without sacrifice to details - Must be able to prioritize workload, and resolve issues - Must have good oral and written communication skills to subordinates and superiors - Must be a self-starter - Valid Michigan Driver License with a clean driving record Apply Here:http://....net PI96752614...
