Electrician Job in Unionville, Michigan

Selling my parents house. in the basement there is some funky lighting issue going on. switch doesn't seem to turn lights on down there and you can only turn on one or two by pull chain or plug. need someone to figure that out and fix the issue so the lights work in the basement to the main switch leading down to it. rate is negotiable. there is a ceiling drywall repair from a leak needed, and maybe a toilet change out, and some handy man stuff needed too if you know of anyone up there.
