Electrician Job in Gardena, California

I need an expert electrician to help with communicating with Chinese Machine manufacturer in using two panels- one 240 v single phase, and the other three phase. They need to be sure about reading the power and communication with those guys on the other side of the world. Also, you will be installing the machine when it arrives in about 45 days.
