We have four condos in Ocean City MD on 41st street, Oceanside, in a building named Dominica Beach.
Most of the units are a combination of heater/AC, but unit #1 is just a separate AC.
We are looking for a good, reliable, electrician/maintenance person who can address the varied electrical needs that arise.
Right now we have a renter who does not have AC in unit #1 and the box needs to be replaced, preferably today.
