Vision Lighting Corporation – Fort Wayne, IN Vision Lighting Corporation in Fort Wayne, Indiana is seeking out clean cut, intelligent, and mechanically inclined individuals to join our steadily growing operation. We service interior & exterior lighting, signs, and electrical as well as perform facility maintenance across the Midwest with our central hub being out of Fort Wayne, In. Compensation is extremely competitive with many opportunities for overtime. Our entry level techs have the opportunity to make 40k in the first year (based on performance) Requirements: HS Diploma/GED. Clean driving record. Disciplined personality. Work at varying heights and in various temperatures. (Must not be afraid of heights) Work from a ladder in tight spaces and dirty environments. Comfortable with working with voltages up to (but not limited to) 480v. Operate machinery including (but not limited to), scissor lifts, articulating lifts, bucket trucks. Be on the road up to 5 days a week, and some weekends if needed. Stand, lift, climb, walk, and carry large ladders. Properly fill out all route documents and job site paperwork. Presentable image with the ability to interact with the public and businesses.
